I haven't received any quotes from my entertainment request
Firstly, please check your junk / spam folder as quote emails can often land there instead of your inbox (it's annoying we know!)
If there is nothing there, we would recommend either waiting (if you are able to) for a few more days allowing more of our suppliers to submit a quote, or alternatively re-visit our entertainment directory and request a quote from an alternative supplier.
I contacted an artist/event service but haven't received a response
Firstly, please check your junk / spam folder as responses can often land there instead of your inbox.
If the supplier hasn't responded, our system will automatically send them a reminder email 3 days after your request, prompting them to reply asap. If there is still no response within the next 3 days, one of our team will manually attempt to make contact and provide you with feedback within 1 week of your request.
If our final feedback is that we could not gain contact with the supplier, you can either continue to wait (if you are able to) or re-visit our entertainment directory and request a quote from an alternative supplier.
I received a text message saying that I have received quotes
If you received a text message from us but can't find your quotes that were emailed to you, please first check your junk/spam folder as they can often land there!
If they are not in your spam folder, you can also access them by signing in to your account with us.
Important - please remember to sign in to the correct Sign in section labelled 'Event Bookers Accounts' (not the section labelled 'Entertainers & Event Service Accounts' - Note: you may need to to scroll down to find it if using a mobile device.
If you can't remember your sign in password, you can reset it here.
